"Owner was very nice and stayed late to check us in. I will be honest and say we did not feel safe at this location. The room itself was clean and basic. We were only there 12 hours. Area and ppl around it were sketchy and questionable. It is close to the beach, def a walk but not hard. We would not stay here again. Traveled with husband and 2 kiddos and was happy to leave. No amenities at all."
"The bed was clean and comfortable. My room was on the back side of the motel and quiet. As it turns out, the previous occupants wet wash cloth was hanging on the shower head. Several areas had hair (not mine) and a few dead bugs on the bench. Other than that, it was a good price for the room."
"Wife and I booked cottage #10 (King Suite). The room was very small, smaller than expected. That was not a problem, since it was only the two of us. The place was nice and clean. The room has a laminated sheet that alerts you to the thin walls and how easily sound travels between shared-wall cottages. Any footsteps in the cottage above ours (9 and 10 share a wall, another cottage is above both) were registered by us and somewhat loud.
The only bad part of the experience, but not bad enough to...
"Property was a little run down, toilet didn’t work in our room, we had dog hair and the coffee area was closed due to no staff at 7:45am. The parking was great and the pool was warm and nice. Not sure we’d stay again as it was just okay for the price."
