"The bathroom was terrible. To take a shower was to flood the bathroom floor. We were on the 7th floor on the side with the Mass Pike and noise all night. And who knows how to raise the blinds. I looked and looked and found nothing and to believe that the blinds were to stay down is unbelievable. Over all I will never stay there again. On top of all else the staff could not give directions to the hotel and what little they told us was wrong"

"Small boutique hotel directly off the avenue. Lobby is small , but aesthetically furnished. Front desk staff were very personable except one female, which is why they probably gave her night shift. 😁 She wasn’t terrible, but her disposition didn’t appear very approachable Rioms wwre super small with queen beds Bed was comfortable. Room would have benefited having a fridge or microwave. Hotel did have a microwave in basement as well as I’ve machine, but u had to travel in basement to use. They provide u 2 bottles of free water daily, which also was a plus. Hotel located by 24hr store which was great for snacks . They charge $28 a day for valet parking, but street parking nxt to hotel was easily use and accessible. Overal 7 of 10"

"The room was clean, very spacious and staff were friendly. It was close to our destination and easy to get to. "

"Our room and the hotel itself was so lovely - gorgeous decor, a super comfortable bed, great location, yummy restaurant. Only two small complaints - our electricity seemed to be out each morning and I didn't know to wave the room key over the master light switch to reactivate it. It would've been helpful to have been told that at check-in. It was zero worries once I learned that was the trick! Also, Massachusetts liquor laws are annoying - one night I wanted to order a glass of wine to the room and it wasn't allowed because the hotel and the restaurant have separate liquor licenses. So BYO wine if you want it in your room!"
