The villas provide a very spacious feeling thanks to the high ceilings and large glass windows. They guarantee a view of the water and lots of natural light. In the villa itself you will find a modern, spacious living room, furnished with exclusive but comfortable furniture, such as a corner sofa, a dining area for four persons and a flat screen TV. A perfect place when you want to enjoy a delicious meal together, play a board game or simply watch a movie. In the modern kitchen you will find everything you need to show off your culinary skills, including a refrigerator-freezer combination, a hob with built-in extractor fan, combination microwave, dishwasher, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.

All of our villas have two bedrooms, both with two single box-spring beds, a private bathroom, and a flat screen TV in each room. Both bedrooms have ample storage space. When you arrive, we will have made the beds for you. The luxurious, spacious bathrooms are equipped with a rain shower. 

Our villas are no-smoking and have WiFi. You can park a single car at the accommodation without any issues.

I really liked the design of the room, the large panoramic windows connect you with the environment. It is worth noting the ducks and swan that kindly communicate with you during your stay. In general, a great experience, except for some unusual rules, but they did not affect my impression of MarinaPark Residence. 5 stars!
