I like the design of the hotel. Builder definitely creative modern and nature vibe around the hotel. I booked the one bedroom suite this time. The mini bar provided plenty of drinks with water option but charges are a bit pricey. We didn't have time to stop by grocery store so we took water anyway. Secondly, I want to mention the washroom sliding door design is a bit inconvenient and the installation quality is at average level. My wife tried to close the door while taking shower but the door got stuck in the midway. She pulled it harder then the door suddenly got loss and closed all the way and stuck her finger pretty badly. So I would like to see some improvement for the washroom door. Also, I highly recommend hotel to put more lights in each room. It is simply too dim at night time. Thank you

Worst service , wouldn’t recommend to anyone , No housekeeping no services , very noisy and party on the roof top wouldn’t let you sleep Probably the worst hotel in California

Lovely energy at the property. I would say I am disappointed with the check in process. They kept us waiting for a while because they were understaffed. Then my room was not ready and it was 5:15pm! When I finally got into my room that was on a hidden floor, the staff at the front desk did not send up my luggage as I had asked. They also did not help me to my room on this hidden floor. The room was larger because it was the ADA compliant. But to be fair this room has a Murphy bed and not a real bed. I was hoping to switch to a normal room and the front desk did not allow me to do so. Stating they were fully booked. They told us that Sunday night was fully booked so I arranged to get another hotel. But I realized online that they are NOT. So this is very unfortunate. We had to move our belongings. Check out was not a breeze. They had closed the valet due to the marathon. The valet team did not open the restricted floor in the elevator. They just pointed to the wall behind them and said. “Take a turn and a turn and the elevator is there. Press P3 and go down stairs to get your car”. We circled and got into the elevators and went to press P3. No access. The elevator ends up taking us upstairs and back down. Asked the front desk and they are clueless about what is happening. Asked someone else that had a full set of walkie talkies and he was the one that knew how to get us down to our car. I believe the team could be more helpful and thorough. Kindness matters

Great hotel overall but I didnt like that there was no complimentary water in the room. The minibar had water for $12 a bottle-that's crazy! Also my room was next to the service elevator so I heard a lot of noise constantly.

I'm not sure how this is a 5 star hotel. They have a long way to go and the rooms leave a lot to be desired. Staff seems disconnected, multiple interruptions during our stay and lots of construction. We won't be back anytime soon

Safe did not work. Room service is limited to an acceptable fair late at night. If you’re arriving at a late night flight, be sure not to count on room service at this hotel. Valet parking notice by text does not work. So if you want your car, it’s best to phone them, or go down and ask for it in advance. Don’t count on the lobby lounge after 12 midnight as they shut down abruptly and turn on the lights.

Love love love this property and the Cleanliness! But the stares and the attitude of some of the staff was crazy ! You can tell they treat the guests differently by how they present themselves I guess it’s LA what do you expect ! But like i don't care if I am pulling up in pjs if I’m paying , you better treat me the same way you’re treating the girl in the black dresss with red heels . Overall amazing hotel very pretty and feels like a vacay in its self ! Just don’t know if u would stay again because of some of the staff !
