Ideally located close to all the Westside has to offer in-between Brentwood and Beverly HIlls. Located in the coveted Fairburn school district. The master bedroom has a brand new queen bed with bedding and the second bedroom has 2 new singles complete with bedding. The unit is fully furnished with all the essentials. 50” and 40” TV plus new furniture and appliances. Building has on-site laundry. The kitchen features new appliances, dishwasher, a second sink in its own area, tons of cabinet storage space, modern hardware, Dining area is separate from the kitchen. Both bedrooms are large and have lots of closet space. Bathroom features a large soaking tub, and a separate tile shower stall. Unit comes with one parking space. Property is located very centrally on the Westside where Westwood meets Century City. Short drive to Beverly Hills, Brentwood, West LA, Sawtelle, and both the 10 and 405 freeways. This was such a great experience, location is excellent, the house is clean, big and spacious and beautiful. The host is outstanding and prompt in responding when we needed him. I highly recommend this place. We had a very pleasant stay.
