With amenities like a fireplace, fire pit, daybed on roof deck, hair dryer, bathtub, and 3 showers. 15min walk to LA metro, 20 min walk to sawtelle restaurants, right on the edge of Santa Monica (2.9 miles from Santa Monica pier). Walking distance to multiple grocery stores. The condo has front loading washer/dryer, heating, WiFi, AC, and an iron for added convenience.
