Hello James: Unfortunately for you the entire incident was recorded on our video cameras. You even pulled the snacks out of your jacket and returned them to the agent. You eventually paid the security deposit. That was a good thing, because you tried to leave without paying for parking. So the parking charge was deducted from the security deposit. Our desk agent did everything correctly. Rick Jones

We cannot allow guests into rooms that we have not completely cleaned, disinfected and made sure everything was safe for the next guest.
