Property is next to the freeway. Staff is great rooms are a bit off an not worth the price. My second room had no water pressure we just accommodated because it was a miss the night before. The parking pass fiasco is really weird, you don’t get a pass, nor provide plates. Overall overpriced didn’t feel that special for a Marriott.

Ask for inside rooms the ones next to the freeway are unbearable, I didn’t get much sleep that night, every single time a truck would drive by you could hear it. I was charged multiple times and are still waiting on a resolution. I had to switch rooms for my extended stay. Not the greatest impression.

Hi Michelle. Because your stay was booked on separate reservations there were separate credit card authorization taken for each. All authorizations are immediately released by the hotel at check out. Different banks vary in timeline but typically you should still any pending holds disappear within a few business days.
they gave me a double queen instead of a king. also there were so many dirty towels int he hallways...

We had upgraded you to a high floor/preferred view room that happened to have two queens instead of a king- this should have been offered/discussed with you at check in as we could have switched it back. Unfortunately sometimes guests put things like dirty linen outside of their doors. We discourage this and stay on top of it as best as possible.

Staff as wonderful. Bed was very uncomfortable. Don’t stay on bottom floor. The noise transfer from upper room was awful. Walk in showers leak huge puddles with every shower.

We just spent one night, but were impressed with the quality of the room. The hotel certainly would have been a comfortable place to stay for more than the night had we wanted to.

We're sorry it sounds like you didn't have the best stay. We do offer daily housekeeping services but cannot service rooms with Do Not Disturb signs on them. Every room has a hair dryer but of course if there is anything you need one can always just ask our Front Desk.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was nice and quiet. I read the reviews about the dogs in the shelter next door and was a little worried when I realized we were on that side. We could hear the dogs faintly from time to time but they never interrupted our sleep and I never heard them at night in the four nights we were there.

Best part was front desk aid Adrienne. She helped us greatly with our check in and was professional and helpful the entire time. Her partner in front was not as helpful nor did she acknowledge us during rest of stay. We greatly appreciate Adrienne’s service and help!
