1 Minute to Sunset Plaza, 1 minute to Chateau Marmont, and 5 minutes to Canon drive Beverly Hills. Built in 1958 this amazing single-story home is home from home. Views of the ocean and downtown. Privacy cameras. Nest app air-conditioning. It's a good neighborhood and quiet.

IMPORTANT: We have our own filtered water system for the entire house, every tap and shower is purified water, including reverse osmosis drinking water.
