"Couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Goreme! Luvi Cave’s property is absolutely stunning and though the photos are nice, they do not do it justice. The rooftop is the perfect spot to watch balloons at sunrise, the breakfast is great, and the rooms are spotless (so rare)! But perhaps most impressive of all is the staff. "This is a beautiful hotel. The front of house reception staff and the hospitality staff at breakfast (particularly Fatma) were incredibly warm, welcoming and friendly. The room was clean with tea and coffee facilities and shower products, and the pool area in the cave was beautiful. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is located above the fray of the downtown center but within an easy access of the downtown. There are great views of the surrounding area from several balconies and the roof rooftop deck. We have stayed there twice and both times have been extremely enjoyable. The staff really makes the difference, especially the night manager who escort you through the building with his dog, Whiskey. The restaurant there is highly rated and very good. We had breakfast and dinner there. We also had dinner at their sister properties. This was nice because the sister property would call when your table was ready so you could walk over from one hotel to the other. We stayed there twice and if we end up going to the region again, we would stay there another time. The rooms are all unique and pleasant to be in."

"Gunay the main guy at reception was really lovely and nice, so helpful, The cat Luna was also very welcoming. The hotel had character and was quaint. The only issue i had was the breasfast staff. I was leaving the breakfast area and took an extra cookie that was in a wrapper and was told off, he said that i can't do take away and can only eat it. I think that was pretty inappropriate and mean as i only took a few extra cookies and i hardly ate anything at the breakfast table, plus it was just a cookie. I also think it was not welcoming or nice to tell your hotel guest that unless it was unreasonable i was emptying everything out onto a doggy bag, Please train your staff better."
