"Room 916 has showerhead that does not work at all. All you can get it just jet of water all together, none of the holes work there. Only stayed for 1 night there, asked staff if that can be fixed. They did not have any maintenance there, told me that they would call someone to come at 9 am in morning. They did not have any other room available so could not even switch. Asked for manager, manager was not working on weekends. So just got an email of manager to contact regarding my situation, which they will be responding probably next business day when I’ve already left the city and province. Super inconvenient, I would not recommend this to anyone. No solution whatsoever. "

"Once again, my favourite place in Ottawa. Service is always excellent, rooms are comfortable. Location insuperable. Then only issue is that they require a system that identifies repeat clients. Would be a lovely addition if you welcome back frequent guests."
