"This is a newer facility than the other Clayton in Ballsbridge. Liked having control of the thermostat in the room. Bed was nothing outstanding. It was fairly quiet, which we loved. The rooms are large so we liked that. Not a bad stay for one night."

"I had higher expectations of this hotel based on the reviews. It is fine, dated decor, scratchy linens, and quite large, with very long walks to your room. The listing says the rooms are all soundproofed, but that isn't accurate. I had to be asked to be moved to a quiet room; my first room was quite loud from neighbour noise. I had booked a "deluxe double", which the photos showed with 2 double beds. The room I was given had 1 double and 1 single. No big deal, beyond the noise issue. Booking through hotels.com meant I was to receive a room upgrade, but this was not offered or honoured. My quiet room was a "family room" with 3 beds, which was fine. My bathroom was worn and had mold, but my biggest disappointment was the quality of the sheets and pillowcases, quite scratchy. I had been travelling for 24+ hours and just wanted to collapse into a comfortable bed for 5 hours of sleep. "

"Clean room, cleaners very good every day. Amazing location so close to everything, especially temple bar street of bars. Lovely staff Very welcoming "

"Rooms clean and spacious. Staff friendly. Beds so soft....if one of us moved the other was getting bounced about resulting in very poor sleep for us both. We checked out at 3.30am for a flight so have no idea what breakfast is like."

"A nice place to stay, hotel is a little dated but they have done some nice upgrades. Room was very clean, front desk staff couldn’t have been any better. We had dinner in the bar, and the food was excellent! The only fault I have with it was there were no USB ports in the room (and now a days you need at least a couple) and not many plugs. All in all a very nice place to stay!"
