Staff were very pleasant, extremely helpful. The resort was very nice. Made myself and family happy and enjoyable. Was mine and my wife anniversary, Seadust staff sent a nice gift. Room was nice, clean and spacious. Only small complaint was that to eat in the restaurants in the resort was long waits time. Buffet food was good. Staff Work extremely hard to make our stay the best. Thank you

Beautiful property, rooms and atmosphere. Food was excellent and staff were the best.

The hotel is good, but not extraordinary — especially the food, which is unfortunately mediocre at best. That said, the amenities are great, the staff is AMAZING (big shout out to Antonio from the beach bar, Francisco, Geraldo, and Enrique), the beach access is excellent, and the ocean views are superb. It’s very family-oriented, and the rooms are good. However, the apartment doors are extremely loud when closing, so you’ll likely hear doors being “slammed” throughout the night. Overall, despite the food, we had a good experience. The Italian restaurant is the best option. I wouldn’t recommend the Brazilian restaurant — it was the worst food and meat I’ve ever had (and I’m Brazilian).
