"The breakfast was good, though it would have been better to have more fresh fruit. The bed was also a bit lumpy and could use replacement. Overall the stay was excellent and I would book it again!"

"Breakfast is superb with large choice. There is an excellent spa but this is an extra which seems petty given the room prices aren’t cheap. The infinity pool is excellent with great views of the harbour. The bar/restaurant offers panoramic views although the drinks are very pricey - €18 for a negroni. Staff are extremely friendly and this is a top class hotel in a great location."

"Wow, what a fantastic hotel. Super location for the Archeological Park & Museum. Rooms and amenities were great, the pool and sundeck perfect for a drink. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was spectacular, everything you could want for a Sicilian breakfast. Rooms were modern and comfortable definitely a value for the price. "

"Location. Everything within 5-10 minutes walk. Breakfast excellent. You can order certain items of your choice. Staff very helpful. Only downside was no gym! Not even dumbbells or stretchband. Rest was good."

"What a beautiful hotel! Our room looked out to the sea and was beautifully outfitted. The staff was amazingly helpful and kind. We loved our stay in Ortigia!"

"The in-room WiFi wasn’t working and they said it wouldn’t be working. That the in-room was a third party and they had no control!! Out coffee table was about to fall apart. Maintenance did come to try and save it but they couldn’t. So we had to live with it for the duration of our stay. The bar was never staffed and we had to go search for someone to assist. This is not a 5 star or 4 star hotel. It is in desperate need of help"

"Beyond the hotel’s stunning and breathtaking views, the customer service was truly exceptional—both attentive and highly responsive. I would easily rate them 120%! I absolutely loved the jacuzzi and its location, which made the experience even more special. Both of the rocky and sandy beaches were unique and incredibly relaxing. Their boat service also made commuting by sea to Ortigia a truly phenomenal experience. If interested, they offer scooter, e-bike, and kayak…"

"This is a fabulous perfect hotel in a great location. The only fault I could find was that we ran out of tissues on day 2 of a 3 night stay and they were not replaced. It should have been caught but I also didn’t make a specific request. They were SO helpful with the car and directions—not an easy thing in that location"
