It was my first stay in Madrid and I enjoyed staying at the Hotel ILUNION Alcalá Norte, the hotel staff was great at all levels offering top quality service. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Madrid.

The staff are very nice and accommodating. The location is not ideal unless you’re going to the nearby stadium. My biggest issue is that our rooms smelled like smoke. They were non smoking, but must have at been smoking at some point. I just couldn’t get over the smell.

Very clean and nice! Staff were helpful. I stayed here as I needed to go to the Atletico Madrid stadium frequently and it was a 20-25 minute walk to it. Otherwise, the closest metro is about a 10-minute walk away and takes you to the city centre but it is a 30-minute journey.

Very good hotel, a little bit expensive for quality-money but in fact on good place situated. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, big comfortable rooms with king size bed.

Hotel was ok, room was fine, bathroom could use an exhaust fan. breakfast staff horrible, went for a cup of coffee to go at 7.30 AM and was told to wait in the bar, never anybody to serve me a cup of coffee, left after a while, without coffee terrible start of the morning

Nice contemporary hotel. Spacious rooms. Small dining area for dinner but bartender was helpful in recommending various dishes for us to try. Breakfast staff was not as friendly or welcoming. We had to find staff to ask questions about the food options.
