"We were flying from Terminal 3 but chose the Holiday Inns express at Terminal 4. Getting off the Piccadilly line at Terminal 4 it was a 10 minute walk to the hotel. On the walkway we missed the exit first time round and walked all the way to the end. Be careful and aware that the Holiday inns shares the same exit as the Crown Plaza. Breakfast is from 5am and this suited us perfectly. A special mention for Gilbert in the breakfast room whose bright and cheerful smile was splendid. He was also very very helpful too. We caught the free Elizabeth line to Terminal 3 which is only a 5 minute walk. Location and Hotel superb for all terminals."

"Just an overnight stay before an early flight, but the hotel was everything I wanted and needed. Pleasant staff, clean room, nice bar and restaurant area. And a timely wake up call!"
