"Check in was not great. They didn’t even know what VIP status was. The room was basically a bathroom with a bed in it. There were no stirrers or spoons at the coffer bar. The pool looked like a carnival cruise with dudes standing in the water with beer bottles. Bunch of people in the textile free sauna wearing smelly bathing suits. "

"Great experience our whole stay. The staff was friendly at check-in, the room was perfect and quiet, breakfast was delicious with a good variety for everyone. We had plenty to eat. Check out was simple."

"Breakfast good, staff friendly and helpful Property run down. Pool freezing cold and facilitiesold and uncomfortable, shower in room completely unusable, either freezing or burning with no mixer tap. Scorched my scalp when trying to wash my hair. Shockingly poor for the high price. Badly in need of a refurb. Everything you'd expect from a hotel badly in need of refurbishment. Despite lovely room size and comfortable beds, convenient joined rooms, the amenities so poor, it was a relief to leave and stay elsewhere in lower graded accommodation which proved much more comfortable. Shocked they can charge so much for such dated accommodation. So disappointed. This was supposed to be a treat stay of our trip, but it turned out to be the worst part. Frankfurt a fantastic city and christmas markets excellent. "
