Door frame of the front door to our room was in need of repair/replacement - but was secure none the less. The hotel was always clean and tidy. The breakfast was perfect and had all the choices we could have wanted with 2 young kids. Great location, quiet enough to never be noisy but close enough to walk to all the local amenities of Palma Nova.

The property was very expensive. We did like the hotel / apartment feature; however the rooms were not that great. We did like the proximity to town and dining. The breakfast was terrible. My wife and I agreed that if we were in our 20's and there was a large friend group going this hotel would have made sense since you could split the costs. As 40 somethings with teenage and younger kids it just had the wrong vibe for us.

Might be my own failing to read descriptions, but this property was not at all accessible. Stairs to check in, stairs to ALL rooms. We also had to call housekeeping to clean our floors after we had checked in because they were dirty.

Great location close to the beach and restaurants. Bus stop is right across the street. Many activities to keep you busy each day. The pool is awesome! The rooms were a bit tight with our luggage. The beds were a tad hard but not bad. The biggest drawback were all the party groups that tended to be loud at times, especially on the weekend. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating!

Swift check in by very pleasant staff, we had room in block b overlooking pool ,room was very spacious and clean, good kitcken with everything you needed, bedroom great nice comfy bed, bathroom spacious with the best p powerful shower i have ever been in. We had a problem with our transfer bus home David on reception was amazing went above and beyond to help us, would defo stay here again

Great central location, excellent staff throughout the complex . Can’t comment on the food as stayed room only . Great for value for money stay lots of variety of entertainment during the evenings . Very helpful staff cleaning of the apartment on a daily basis

Worthwhile stay at Cabau Aquasol
Hotel was clean and tidy. Amenities as described on booking. Staff friendly special thanks to Yvonne for the quick replies to my emails Room clean and comfy and we slept and rested well esp with the aircon on 🌝. Few minutes walk to the beach, affordable restaurants nearby, shops everywhere and in the hotel for our everyday needs, couldnt ask for more. Over-all my family is satisfied with our stay, few days rest from busy life. Thank you Cabau Aquasol for making our stay worthwile

The rooms were clean, and well equipped with a hob and fridge. Staff were very helpful, pool was very clean with plenty of loungers and the bar was reasonably priced. I would Highly recommend it

Hotel is fine, not far from see. Good location. We stayed 3 nights. It was clean, confortable. Only one thing to ´entertainment´ guy. He was not so kind I would expect at the beggining of the season. He is opening "kinder room" only when he has more children..... our kids(7 and 5) do not speak english anyway... Would be good to have simly opening hours there. However we were satisfied. Thanks

Appalled. Arrived early hours of the morning to be told there was a problem with our room and had to move us to a different hotel. We were sent to a hotel which was further out from the area we had thought we’d be staying in. The hotel we were given was completely dilapidated and in need of major repairs.

We arrived to meet a group of friends staying in this hotel only to be told that they were fully booked and didn’t have any rooms available and would have to relocate us to a hotel in the next town. The whole reason we booked this particular hotel was to meet the friends already staying here therefore where extremely unhappy that they could not accommodate us.

Great place - let down by all the stag and hen do’
Nice place - but let down by allowing big groups of stag and hens. We had a poolside apartment B7 which was really noisy at night with the entertainment until about 12 and then throughout the night with stag and hen do’s coming home. On a positive note the apartments were decent size with nice furniture etc, but let down a bit by not being cleaned well, there were big balls of dust under the bed and dust and hairs all round by the skirting boards. They don’t give you anything to wash up with so you have to buy cloths etc. However the entertainment was good, most of the staff were lovely (particular mention for Leona at kids club and Christian @ the pool bar who made our stay amazing) and the lifeguard who was totally on the ball watching the kids and keeping the stag do’s from dive bombing. Location is good, a few mins walk from the beach. It’s a shame as this place could be really great but given most other family hotels in this resort don’t allow stag and hen groups I don’t know why this one still does.

Family friendly hotel
Had a lovely holiday in Palma Nova, we stayed for 6 nights in the Cabau Aquasol Hotel. The hotel itself was lovely, very family friendly, which at the time of booking was fine and as we booked ‘term times’ we thought wouldn’t be a problem for us. Unfortunately, the pool was inaccessible to any person that wasn’t part of either the kids club, (which had activities on more or less all day) or a family member of the child in the kids club. The sun beds had all been booked pre-dawn, so relaxing around the pool was not an option for us. The hotel bed was only changed once and the bins in both kitchen and bathroom were not emptied for the first two days of our stay. I did go down to reception to ask them to rectify this and change the bed, only the bins got emptied. It was a lovely hotel, sadly as a Mother and daughter travelling without young children, I won’t be returning, but I think for families it is a great hotel, good location, plenty of activities and excellent, well trained staff.

Aquasol palma nova
Hotel was in a good location, supermarket was just up the road and the bus stop to get to palma was just outside the hotel, staff were friendly and helpful, only disappointment was the heating and aircon system wasn’t working all week due to a fault and there was some of noise due to some renovations going on near the block of apartments we stay in.

Rent och snyggt. Något sliten anläggning (inkl vår lgh) men helt ok att vistas i. Vår lgh saknade utr. för att diska. Städning skötte personalen. God frukost. Busshållplats direkt utanför hotellet med linjer till Palma, flygplatsen m.fl ställen. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Nära till stränder, restauranger, barer, strandpromenader och butiker.
