Fantastic hotel in great location
Solid four star hotel in a great location. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Quick check in. Bar staff and those around pool friendly and so glad they enforce the no sun bed reservations. Pool is a good size and never seemed too busy. Room was spacious, modern and clean, plenty of room for a family of three. Good little kitchen area which is well stocked. All in an all a great hotel for the price.

Ponent Mar is a great deal. It has an elegant beachy vibe without being over the top. And the location can't be beat, with gorgeous views of Palmanova and the Mediterranean, but located on the quiet side of the beach. Definitely get the breakfast! Highly recommend.

Enjoyed our return visit
This was our second stay and it didn’t disappoint. We love having the facilities to make meals if we want to. The facilities are great and the place is clean. Staff are very friendly. It was quite quiet given the end of the school holiday period. It was disappointing that some guests chose to provide loud music in sunbathing areas forcing their musical choice on the other guests. I do feel that we could have benefitted from a bit more information about the hotel activities and facilities available on our room as the QR code only provided info on menus.

Everything was excellent. Nice quiet family hotel. Pool was great. Food was incredible in the restaurant and the view was spectacular. My only one issue was with the toasted rolls ordered from the bar, they were as hard as rock and when I went back to the bar the server told me that's just how they are and didn't offer me a refund or anything. The kids didn't or couldn't eat them. But when I ordered it was the last 2 so must have been stale. Wished there was a little more entertainment at night but overall I really enjoyed the hotel and would definitely visit again.

The air conditioning didn’t work so we asked reception who sent some guys over to fix it and who said that in 15min everything would be ok, it got worse and we ended up spending our one night sleeping in 30degree heat. Awful

We were not satisfied with our room from our original booking. The hotel staff gave us an upgrade which was beautiful. The original room reminded me of a hostal. Very tiny. But the second was large and roomy. The staff at the front desk and lobby bar were extremely friendly.

Amazing amazing hotel
We had an amazing stay at Ponent Mar and will definitely come back when coming to Majorca. Both pools were lovely, good choice of sunbeds. Staff were friendly, amazing cocktails and lovely breakfast and poolside snacks. The beach/cove access was beautiful with ladder for the sea. Activities like yoga and aqua gym were also good and fun. Our room was massive (almost too big!) amazing balcony and views. Reception was always so friendly and helpful. Can’t recommend it enough.

Amazing hotel with spectacular views over the sea…spotlessly clean…feels more 5 star than 4 star…plenty of good quality sunbeds around the pool. Breakfast overpriced at €44 for 3 people when we availed of it one morning. Brilliant stay. Short walk to the strip. Lovely beach nearby. Would recommend paying for a sea view balcony option. Really spacious and lovely clean fresh decor. Would highly recommend

Nice enough, but wouldn’t go back
Stayed here for a family holiday, 2 adults and a 8month old, had a sea view apartment. The room itself was fine, clean and had everything you expected. The shower did block up and did not drain and the shower head itself was terrible. The aircon was another issue, the room thermostat seemingly made no difference and I feel the system is controlled centerally, during the day it got cold and was fine, but overnight the aircon definitely wasn’t working the same and the room got very warm. The hotel is in a good location, 5/10min walk from bars and restaurants. It is up a steep hill, so walking back most nights with a pram did test the cardio. The main reason I wasn’t happy was the hotel staff, found them to be very uninterested and felt every time we needed something, whether this is a drink at the bar or something from reception it felt like we were causing them an inconvenience.

Perfect stay
A beautiful short stay, with a small child and my husband. The hotel was amazing, the welcome was impressive, the lobby was clean and inviting the bar was beautiful and the pool area impressive. The room was clean and had all amenities for a family. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, the hotel was in a great location, overall a wonderful stay we are so pleased with our booking.

Beautiful modern, clean hotel. Great location. Easy to walk to the beach, shops, bus stops very close. Lots of activities. Gorgeous pools that accomodate adults and young children. Best pool design for children I have ever seen. Adult pool and bar on terrace is great, you don't hear any noise from the children's pool below. Food is lovely and very reasonable. Reception and management staff are excellent. Staff are always cleaning. It has a nice vibe. I will definitely book again.

Ponent Mar.
Ponent Mar was a very chic hotel with great amenities. The bar staff was great, the rooms were immaculate. We were there in May and our only complaint was that the poll was freezing cold. It would have been nice if it had been heated, though I'm sure it naturally heats as the season progresses. Also, it was walkable to town and nice restaurants and the beach.

Shaky start but perfect ending
The hotel itself is beautiful! The lobby, restaurant, bar (and rooftop bar), swimming pool area, spa and fitness room are well maintained, and a joy to be there. However, we were dissapointed by the "comfort room" we booked as the balcony looked over the main road up to the hotel. To make things worse, our neighbour decided to puff some cigarette smoke into our room the following morning, making it unbearable. Lukily the receptionist was really friendly and helpful and changed our room immediatley. Our holiday was perfect from this point on. The receptionists also made our holiday so much better by recommending some amazing resteraunts. Highly recommend staying here, but don't be cheap, go for a sea view instead!

Staff were excellent and went above expectations to make your stay very nice. Excellent facilities and the spa and indoor pool are a godsend if the weather is not so good at times. Restaurant and food superb.
