Firstly, the staff get a 10/10!! They are so lovely and will help you wherever possible. Cleanliness also a 10/10 - my room was cleaned every day and everything spotless. Area is quiet and palmanova beach is a 5 min walk away. The only 2 things that would stop me booking again are: 1. Walls are paper thin. Like are they even walls? If someone in the next room is talking, you hear the conversation. You hear what they are watching on tv. Also there are 2 restaurants right outside, and even with the glass doors shut you can hear the conversations. I didn’t get a good night sleep the whole week I was there. 2. There’s no kettle or cups etc in the room, just a mini fridge. This is probably just an English thing but I really missed not being able to make a brew!! If you are looking for a cheap place just to rest your head at the end of a night (no early nights though as it’s too loud!) then location and customer service are great and I would recommend.

Great find
This hotel was a great little find. It suited us perfectly. Great location. And being able to use the hotel bar and pay for breakfast was fab. It was lovely. Friendly staff too. We will be back.

Apartments located in good area of the begining of Palmanova. Clean, fan included, refrigerator, tv i think its good value.

Room was rundown, beds hard, even for lads holiday
The room we had was old and outdated, old metal window frame, hard beds, no heating for the cold nights, one blanket to keep you warm, no hotel facilities whatsoever as the main one was closed, went for my birthday, this is not a hotel it is a hostel so the locals told us, I would suggest pay the extra if you have it, it did have a little portable fridge on the floor, but no cooking facilities, a fan stuck on a slow speed but this didn't matter as it was cold for the period we went, normally I would say OK for a lads holiday but not on this occasion, would definitely not stay here again. Free WiFi but it was so bad we went the pub to get better signal, it took about three minutes for a page Load up and then would crash on next page. TV has a few English channels. All of us had colds all week based on room being freezing. Unfortunately for us not a good stay, Right at top of Palmanova ideal for marine land and large supermarkets, but remember nowhere to cook your food mini fridge is ideal for a couple of milks or a few beers. Ideal for bus to Palma, taxi to airport costs €35. Towels changed regular but not bedding.

It’s confusing that the key was in the room for the arrive. All in all it’s a cheap room for our stay at Mallorca. The cleaning service was very friendly.

Nuestra estadia en HSR Gil lo hemos pasado super bien con un servicio de lo mejor. Este hotel se encuentra muy cerca a la playa de Calvia 5 minutos caminando y de todos los restaurantes. Nuestra estadia fue de 28 dias en Palmanova, Calvia. Los primeros 7 dias estuvimos hospedados en HSR Gil, los otros 21 dias estuvimos hospedados en el hotel Gabarda. Atencion al cliente 100% muy bueno y podria decir como de familia. Limpieza muy bueno. Desayuno excelente con variedades para escojer. Las personas que trabajan en el bar super excelente todos y aparte mis respetos al dueno del Hotel una muy buena persona. Recomiendo 100% tanto como HSR Gil y Gabarda. Gracias a todos ustedes por darnos ese carino de familia y sentirnos seguros con ustedes.
