Nice hotel close to the beach.
Clean and big room. Shower cabin was tiny so it was difficult to shower or move in/out, and I'm not even a big person. Had big balcony with 2 chairs, table and 2 deckchairs. Balcony was very big and had even view of the beach and sea. There was also a swimming pool (big and small) that we didn't use but it looked clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good, every day slightly different. Got bored of music during breakfast, every day same music was playing. It started before 8AM so it was a bit noisy in the morning. It took 3-4 minutes walking to the beach, and there is a lot of shops and restaurants around hotel. There is a lot of free parking spaces 200-300m away from hotel, few streets actually (closest was C/ Gran Via Puig de Randa), so it was possible to find parking less than 5min walking from hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Disappointed - not the hotel’s fault.
I didn’t feel confident in the hotel, not because of the lovely staff, but the clientele made me uncomfortable as I sat by the pool. Bad language, shouted conversations across the quite small pool area mostly about football, and people emitting clouds of vape caused us to abandon the pool, and ultimately decide to move on to another hotel, so we lost the cost of two nights accommodation. I have no idea what the hotel could do about this - maybe we were just unlucky.

Great Hotel and Excellent Staff
Great location with easy access to beach, restaurants, shops and buses. Good choice of inside and outside seating areas and great views. Thanks to all the staff who were outstanding They were friendly, polite and very helpful especially in response to an injury requiring medical attention.

Returned to Bon Repos again for 8th visit now and all as usual and would recommend. Only thing is I like a swim before breakfast and on this visit pool was not open at 08:30 and did not appear to be open until a “lifeguard” turned up some time later when I was going out for the day circa 11:00 - not great needs sorting but everything else ok

A bit loud when neighbors are in the hallway and banging doors. Very nice location and the breakfast terrace is absolutely fantastic. Staff has been very friendly and helpful 🙂 👍

Staff at Bon Repos very welcoming and helpful. Standard buffet breakfast with everything you need to start your day. Comfortable rooms would recommend with balcony as standard have uninspiring view of road outside although that is very quiet apart from rubbish collection day.

We gave used bon repos before but we had a room looking over the street no balcony .i found you couldn't try your towels etc a bit awkward ,lack of sun also ,couldnt sit out .next time i will ask for a room overlooking the pool .otherwise it was fine

Wonderful hotel in Santa Ponsa
Great hotel in a fantastic position for beach, restaurants, shops etc. Staff were brilliant - always a smile, a greeting and so helpful. Good breakfast and able to eat on the terrace overlooking the surrounding hills and beach. Plenty of sunbeds around the small pool and during our stay no dreaded towels reserving beds at sillyo'clock! Only minor problem we encountered was that the sun did not reach our balcony so difficult to dry towels and swim wear.

The walls between the rooms are too thin. I could hear my neighbours when they spoke - not nice if you have very talkative neighbours and you want to sleep.

Beautiful quirky hotel. Beautiful pool area . Staff and service amazing. Enough to choose from for breakfast. Rooms basically furnished but sufficient. Would advise to book a room with a balcony. Lovely views. Would recommend and definitely book again without doubt

We had a great stay. It is a smaller hotel in an excellent location - just a couple of minutes from the beach and bars, restaurants, shops etc. The pool and grounds are very nice. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of nice, fresh options. The room had a nice view (garden and sea). It was quite basic but very clean and comfortable. For the price, we were very happy.

Very nice retreat for couples
It was really nice stay. The hotel has a lovely swimming pool area with decking and a lot of space for sunbathing. Outdoor pool area has nice tikki vibes. Inside there is amazing bar/ lounge area with pool table. Service was really good, no problems at all. The fact that this hotels is for adults makes it perfect retreat for young couples where you can relax and enjoy time with partner.

Stayed a few nights and everything was fine continental style breakfast which was adequate hotel is quiet but you can hear people talking in next room. Staff friendly and efficient. Strange thing in my room only one power socket available and it is in the middle of the headboard of bed. But all in all a nice place to stay

nice property very good for the price all in all a good stay a nice unique hotel breakfast was really good, there was a contact lense in our bathrrom which never got cleaned and the parking is not onsite there are very few parking spots outside the hotel and public parking is a small walk away we'd come back to the hotel and recommend in the future otherwise

Pleasant staff, nice clean comfortable room although en suite was a bit small. Continental style breakfast which also had fruit, cereals and yoghurt. The only let down for us was the lack of a lift, a problem when you have 3 floors to climb. Would stay again but would ask for a room on a lower floor

Two night stay in standard room, clean, functional, we tried to change to one at the rear overlooking the pool but hotel full, no AC for those that would want it but fan in our room plus hairdryer, absolutely beautiful hotel. Would stay again. Literally 200m to lovely beach and end of town, this is also the quieter side of town. Staff were all really very nice too x my sister and I had a weekend here and neither of us speak Spanish other than polite pleasantries both of us would return to stay here and bring our families x
