A great wee hotel. The staff were really nice. No TV in the room which I like. Good WiFi. Would stay there again.

There was ants in the bathroom. No garbage can and the hotel itself doesn’t even have a phone. Walls are very thin so you can hear everything, and not sure where the free beach shuttle was.

Stayed here for one night. We’re not the biggest fans of the area but we loved the air conditioning and that we had extra blankets. The room is a great size and the beds are comfy. Walls are thins so you can hear sounds in the hallway but that didn’t bother us.

Great hotel. Confortables beds and room. Great location. The only “bad” thing are the workers, I don’t know where they are from but would barely speak when asked a question and don’t know anything about the place to give recommendations

Great hotel for the money, the lobby is really nice and modern, the bar is cheap and the pool is nice. The breakfast is a steal the only downside is the rooms are a bit dated but they’re more than fine and the air con is powerful

Great value for the money we paid. Clean rooms, great staff and really tasty selection for breakfast. We've had a great stay and the hotel was true to itself for being a 2 star hotel and with what it offered.

Gute, einfache Unterkunft für 1-3 Nächte. Alles problemlos, große Auswahl an Frühstück. Strand, Promenade, Ballermann fußläufig erreichbar.

Great place to stay
A basic hotel but that’s all you need. Clean beds, air conditioning, a really good continental breakfast, really good bar prices, a basic pool to dip into, fantastic friendly staff .. and best of all,.very little English! It is mainly in a Dutch / German / Spanish resort . We loved it! It is close to the sea front, took us about 10 mins to walk down..a bit longer to walk up hill lol!: we got the bus from airport 5.50€ we also took train on front . Great places to eat .. again all fab service . I would 100% return .

Short break
Hotel and staff great and helpful. Room basic but has air con, which is a must in summer. Only issue for us was our room had very thin walls and we were kept awake by people coming in from a night out and slamming room doors. One night we didn't get to sleep at all. Hotel was very appologetic and did their best to resolve the situation. Maybe just unlucky with who else was staying there.

The staff is not friendly at all! There is an old man ( probably the owner) going around the hotel and starring at people! Awful manners! You are going down for breakfast and staff is extremely rude, asking for the room number in an incredible rude way. These people have no clue how to deal with people and have no idea of what customer service is.

The area was lovely and the pool was nice. The room was okay small tv and bathroom but you get your moneys worth. The breakfast selection was good. The staff were also very lovey and helpful. There is a shop that is next door and a 10 min walk from the beach, shops and restaurants.

Let down by 2 issues...
Excellent location and breakfast 6*! What let it down was firstly wifi only a available in public areas despite hotels ' own website saying it was in rooms Secondly i was in room 511 and 0645 the kitchen ventilation was switched on.. the shaft emitting a constant noise This shaft was adjacent to my balcony effectively rendering sleep impossible after that time! I brought both of these matters up with Reception who said maybe WiFi not working due to numbers of users?! And apologised for the ventilation noise..

It was very nice. Great service with clean rooms. After check out we were able to leave our bags and even come back for a shower. A wide variety of basic food. Close to restaurant and beach. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Stay was ok. Rooms where not that clean there was hairs in the toilet seat and shower wall also in the bed. There was dust in the mirror. One time at breakfast we where told to leave because she needed to close even though there was still ten minutes for closure. There was an old gentleman in the kitchen at dinner time that was really nice and always smilling. If everyone was like him it would had been perfect stay.

Lovely hotel
Had a lovely holiday at the hotel Palma mazas the hotel was spotless and the staff were very friendly and would do anything to help I would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again

Steep climb back from Beach
Set at the top of a very steep hill, long walk from Beach. Stayed for a week, no air conditioning, had to hire a fan, bed sheets not changed once while staying.

Está muy bien ubicado a nivel de buses y playa, pero está situado en un pinar, nuestras vistas daba a a árboles. El hotel está un poco viejillo a nivel de las puertas, pero las camas eran cómodas. El desayuno y el personal fueron maravillosos. Podría repetir mi estancia aquí.
