I initially had high hopes for this property however the area is unsafe rowdy and loud. People are out till 6am including the hallways. There is constant screaming on the streets. My partner woke me up one morning to tell me to turn off my alarm for me to inform them it was actually from the room beside us. Our toilet paper was left at 1 roll even after housekeeping and I had to call twice over an hour timespand to even get a new roll once ours had run out. The floor was constantly sandy. When I called down for water they informed me there was no staff available and I’d have to come down myself. Absolutely not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. I’d have better service at a motel 8.

I stayed in the Innside Loft with Sea View, it was amazing. Very spacious, super clean, nice view. There are two TV’s which was cool when i first noticed it, but when you turn one TV on with the remote, the other one turned on too! At first it was funny but that got boring pretty quickly so the TV’s were rarely used. There are food spots all over the place (which is great because dinner at the hotel wasn't that great for the money spent IMO) and bus stop direct to the city center 2 min walk away. We weren't interested in bars or clubs or anything like that but there are lots about in this area it seemed. Breakfast was 4/5, lotssssss of options to choose from. I’d definitely come back to this hotel again.

The rooms are amazing & spotless clean. Breakfast was excellent plentiful very good variety sweet & savoury omelettes cooked to perfection. We had a problem with dinner one evening & the manager Fran was easy to speak with & got it sorted out for us promptly.

The hotel didn’t have any rooms ready! They said they would hold our stuff while we grabbed lunch on the roof top. Upon returning to get our stuff to see if a room was available, which it wasn’t, our stuff was stolen from our bags while in hotel possession. It took us calling over and over and over to finally get someone to come clean our room or change the bedding during our 3 night stay. The clean happened one time and the room was barely half cleaned. The front desk seemed overwhelmed with the amount of guests and the cleaning lady was a rude and over worked when we asked for clean towels and toilet paper. No solution was offered to our stuff being stolen while in their possession. Will absolutely never stay at this property again.

We were moved to Melia Calvia Beach hotel because of the COVID 19. We had a perfect stay. Very polite staff, everything was clean and we could have a enjoyable stay. The breakfast was really good with a lot of fruits only we missed a Expresso coffee but there are a good Italian coffee nearby. The room was big enough to have a really nice holiday. Perfect hotel for a vacation.

Comfortable new year's Eve stay.
This hotel was very clean and modern which I liked. My partner and I stayed for new years. The hotel in itself was great and the buffet breakfast was amazing with lots of choice. Unfortunately due to it being new year's eve not restauraunts in the surrounding area were open. Travel to the airport by bus was easy and cost €5.50 pp. Taxi to the centre from the hotel was about €30. Comfortable stay with no complaints other than I think the area is probably more vibrant in the summer time.

The room was spacious and clean. We had a spacious terrace as well. Very good breakfast with lots of Choice. We enjoyed spending time in the swimming pool on the rooftop. I recommand !

Great location to the beach, the rooftop pool with a glass bottom floor is a eye catching highlight. Breakfast was a good variety for us non english based customer's which in that area is hard to find as its all very english. Bed was comfortable, room was clean.

It’s such an incredible hotel however beware because we booked it because of the large hanging pool on the rooftop and were there for 3 days, 2 out of the 3 days the pool was out of bonds because it was being fixed so couldn’t use the rooftop or pool at all. We weren’t refunded or anything so basically paid for a service I couldn’t access. A real shame because the hotel is fantastic but feel this was unfair.

The pool at this hotel is STILL out of action. The only reason to book this hotel is for the pool. There was no advance information that the pool was still being repaired, no offer of relocation, no offer of discount and no apology. I am very unhappy about this Expedia as I imagine are many of your other customers.

My luggage was lost by the airline and the front desk workers, Sergi & Joan went above and beyond to help me locate and the luggage delivered to the hotel! The housecleaning staff were very professional and thorough. My room was impeccably clean. Thank you for everything!!

Sadly the pool in the air was not in use and we were not told about this before we got there. However, we were able to use other hotels attached to the Melia chain.
