Not too bad. You got what you pay for.

This place is not a high standard. It is also noisy, sofa was not old and not comfortable, equipment in kitchen was missing and one of the two lifts wasn't working. But the location is very good, the view was great, the service was friendly, ac was working and shower was ok. The price was also rather attractive. We would recommend it rather for the young people who are ok with the party noise at night.

Staff very friendly

This hotel was closed due to the start of winter, but were moved to Portofino from the beginning of our stay. Which was closer to the beach and all amenities. So glad we were moved.

A very nice hotel, but a lot of people use it for partying. So, if that is not your vibe, you may have bad nights, because people get really loud.

The hotel was in a good location. Only downside was the very close proximity to noisy bars. The bedrooms were small compared to the living area and the wash basin was at a dangerous anle when entering or leaving bathroom. Also door handle was loose. Otherwise an okay stay.

Environnement tres bruyant. Accueil tres limite du plus âgé des réceptionnistes qui ne dit pas bonjour, affalé derrière son ecran, absorbé comme s'il gérait une centrale nucléaire. Il serait honnête de preciser que cet hôtel est situé dans la rue de beuverie de santa ponça.

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel con Apartamenti solo per due notti ,mi e dispiaciuto andare via ,il terazzo bellissimo, la musica la sera bellissima, una vista mozzafiata,nel appartamento ce di tutto ,siamo stati veramente bene!Grazie .consiglio assolutamente per famiglie,molto comodo ,lo staff gentilissimo ..un po di chiasso la sera ma chiuse le finestre con si sente niente ....

Hôtel sale, pas entretenu, personnel sympa

Le logement etait dans un état de dégradation et de propreté réellement affreux. Tous les murs sont tâchés, tous les sols sont fortement abîmés et sales. Salon : tables sales, canapé avec housse très usée, rideaux tachés. Cuisine : plan de travail dégueulasse, vaisselle sale, pas d'éponge ni de produit vaisselle. Balcon : 4 ème étage, rembarde avec du jeu, baie vitrée ne ferme pas, table hs. Chambre : matelas trop fins, dessus de lits usés et troués, porte cassée, poignée cassée, impossible de fermer. Salle d'eau : wc cassés qui coulent,chasse d'eau ne fonctionne pas, sol dégueulasse avec cheveux et poils. Bonde de douche pourrie. Porte hs qui ne ferme pas. Les femmes de ménage ne font pas leur travail. Elles changent les draps et les serviettes sur demande mais ne nettoient et ne lavent rien !! Je suis allé me plaindre à l'accueil en expliquant mais le lavage n'a pas été fait ! On a choisi une VUE SUR LA MER mais du 4ème étage on ne voit que la piscine. D'ailleurs concernant la piscine : elle est très propre et très agréable, vraiment. Tous les matins et et tous les "soirs" jamais piquer une tête ! Enfin gros bémols : Les deux personnes sont très désagréables. Elle ouvre à 10h00 et ferme beaucoup trop tôt : 18h00! Et ils essaient de vous chasser avant pour pouvoir fermer l'accès et partir plus tôt en vous sifflant ! La terrasse est très sale et juste rincée à l'eau. Parking : aucun. Aller à 300 mètres au parking municipal si il y a de la place. ++ : personnel de l'accueil

Struttura un po' datata, in condizioni discrete. La pulizia lascia a desiderare, soprattutto quella delle aree comuni. La zona è molto rumorosa e frequenta da ragazzi poco tranquilli, inoltre è davvero carente in parcheggi. La struttura è collocata in una buona posizione e il personale e molto cortese.

Todo correcto. Lo único no está muy bien insonorizado y se escucha muchísimo ruido. Estábamos de vacaciones en familia y es lo único molesto, por el resto todo bien.

Hôtel très bien située, proche de la mer, dans une rue avec de l'animation, proche des supers marchés, grande piscine qui es entretenue tout les matins. Dommage qu il n y es pas d'animations au bord de la piscine. Hotel parfais pour un sejour entre amis je déconseille pour les familles. Un bon coup de rénovation ne serait pas de trop, l hotel es dégradée.

De llegada ya en la web nos pone hora de entrada a las 12 del medio dia, llegamos a hacer el chekin a las 12.30 y la respuesta fue: tenemos que ver si hay apartamentos libres porque tenian todo lleno, es posible ya que ponian que los apartametos estaban en cuarentena por lo menos 24h por el tema covid? Bueno estuvimos 30 min. Esperando a que rspondieran en recepción si habia aprtamentos libres. La limpieza no apareció nadie a limpiar los 6 dias que estuvimos hospedados, eramos 4 personas y solo habian servicios para 3, los utencilios de cocina estaban sucios, mucha foto bonita en la web pero luego al entrar es otra cosa. Luego los ascensores cada que subiamos o bajabamos siempre estaban mojados habia peligro de resbalarse, yo no lo recomeindo si es para ir en familia, mucho bullicio a todas horas, dejan hacer a los clientes todo el ruido que quieran. Y la limpieza es muy justa.

Le logement n'était meme pas propre au sol a notre arrivee. Aucun service de menage n'a été fait durant 13 jours, et nous disposions d'un mini balais seulement. Parfois les serviettes normalement propre avait une mauvaise odeur.
