The pool requires a clean and also the security needs a bit of an upgrade. Our room was broken into and there are no cameras in the hall

Perfect Location
Lovely location with great views of Santa Ponsa beach. Nice pool area with a bar which is perfect for snacks and drinks. Staff were all very nice and helpful. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

3 Day Break
Clean, modern room with nice bathroom. Located pretty much in the centre of Santa Ponsa, which can mean it is noisy late in the evening if you are on the lower floors. Would book again.

It was very good. The apartment was clean and I had a beautiful view of the sea from the 9th floor. The receptionist were so helpful and made us feel very welcome. The pool was amazing and all the facilities were great. Was very happy with where the apartments were located they were beside everything. Will be coming back to stay in September for definite.

Excellent location and very friendly staff we didn’t use the pool area as we prefer the beach which is only a minute or two away, but there always seemed to be plenty of sun loungers and the bar was always staffed

6TH YEAR RETURNING & 100% be returning next year!
Amazing stay once again!! These apartments are in the prime location, the service is absolutely outstanding & the cleanliness is next to none. Service in particular is what keeps us returning, the reception staff are always there to help, the engineers are sooo quick at fixing any problems & the cleaning staff are AMAZING & so pleasant! We stayed for 10 nights for the 6th year in a row & will be returning next year for 2 weeks. If you are visiting, you HAVE to go to “rent a car” for advice and booking of day trips. Turn right when you leave the hotel and walk for a few minutes, you’ll see rent a car on the left hand side of the road, it usually has quads etc outside. If you are thinking of booking Sun Beach, just DO IT! You won’t regret it!

Great apartments.Fabulous staff.
Great apartments with good views of the beaches.Good air-con and plenty of British channels on t.v. WI-FI was better than i have at home.But most of all the staff were absolutely excellent,especially Javier and Joanna.The cleaners were also friendly and polite.Only complaint would be that Joanna wasn't working the last day i was there,as i was going to ask her if she would marry me!

It is a little far out of the way, but it is worth it to get out of main part of Mallorca. We had the ninth floor so any music or loud noises we did not hear. Bus stop right in front of the hotel to go to the air port. Great food near bye.

Good apartment but didn’t like the location
Obviously recently refurbished, our apartment was on the 8th floor, with great sea views from a large balcony. The apartment was large and spacious with a/c in both the living/dining area and the bedroom. Nicely decorated. Large bathroom with great walk in shower. First impressions were excellent, but some of the design/features were soon found to be a little bit lacking, especially in the kitchen area. The position of the (fixed) dining table meant that access to the kitchen was severely restricted - only 1 person at a time. However, overall we thought the apartment was very good. The apartments are spread over several blocks and access to the high floors are via 3 lifts, which does get a bit tedious. The pool area is good with plenty of sun beds and a few parasols. However, the constant food smell from local cafes and restaurants is a bit off putting. The big down side is the location, due to the late night noise from the nearby bars which stay open until well into the morning with very loud music. As we were on the eighth floor, we were a fair distance away, but we were still bothered and, as such, would not consider staying here again.

Short Easter break
Extremely friendly staff from receptionist to cleaners. Didn't use the pool bar but seemed decent enough and popular. Pool area clean and plenty of beds. Room big enough and equipped enough for basic meals and cleaned frequently. Shower and facilities all spot on. Balcony views ideal and location wise couldn't be much better and we weren't kept awake by noise at all. Any complaints about lifts or stairs would be ignorant to the fact the resort is built into a hillside. It's actually impressively constructed given the circumstances, as are other hotels in the area.

Lovely stay
Had a lovely stay in Sun Beach. Marga on reception is incredibly friendly and goes out of her way to make sure your stay is great, would highly recommend Sun Beach for a holiday in Santa Ponsa

Sun beach
The location was 5 out of 5,you walked outside the apartments to all the bars and restaurants, we had a terrace apartment the view was 5 out of 5, but the apartment was a lot smaller than in the pictures we had saw,the apartment itself I would give a 3 out of 5. One of the things that concern us was the only socket to plug in the kettle or the toaster was over the sink,our neighbours were also concerned about this.
