Hello Julia l am so sorry that you did not enjoy your stay at our apartment.which is very surprising as the German couple that stayed there almost immediately after you wrote the following :- " This apartment is right on the water and has a beautiful direct balcony view of Port Adriano (El Toro). Functional and equipped with everything you can expect from a rental apartment. Two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen incl. kitchen appliances... The great location is particularly noteworthy. There is a bus stop in front of the building complex, which is well maintained. A few meters away there are shops (including a supermarket, fashion...) and restaurants. In the port you can also shop, dine and take care of yourself in another supermarket. The apartment is excellently air-conditioned by light wind. If you want more, you can turn on ceiling fans. We really enjoyed our stay there and can recommend this apartment." Fortunately most of the guests that have stayed there rated the property very highly as the other reviews will confirm. In addition l have to point out that it clearly states on the website that firstly there is a 12€ /£10.00 charge for WiFi, secondly it says that the swimming pool is not part of the complex and charges may be incurred for its use. and whilst i'm sorry that it was not open that is at the discretion of the owner and not under my control. Finally nowhere does it say that the apartment is air conditioned however as the German people say there are huge patio doors opening right out on to the balcony plus in addition large ceiling fans for additional ventilation if required. Funny how some people like denigrating a holiday whereas the vast majority of our guests really enjoyed their stay. Finally the pictures of the apartment were updated last year.

Its an oldish building and from time to time the Community WiFi does give problems and slows down. However a new fibre optic system has been installed so hopefully matters will improve.

How nice to hear that the entire family enjoyed their stay in our apartment. It is a great location and we certainly think the area has something to offer to everybody of all ages. I'm sorry about the WiFi but that is sort of out of my control. Some days it works fine but other days it is very slow something to do with the number of people using it at any one time and atmospherics I'm told. We shall certainly Lo ok into your other suggestion and see if there is a practical solution. Anyhow glad you had a great time and hopefully you will come back in the not too distant future.

Well I guess one can’t please everybody all of the time. Reading my other reviews most guests loved the apartment with no complaints re it’s condition. Maybe this guest should choose a much more expensive upmarket apartment next time.

Es tut mir leid, dass dieser Gast Probleme mit dem WLAN hatte, die durch einen unerklärlichen Ausfall des Routers verursacht wurden. diese wurde nun ersetzt und das System funktioniert wieder einwandfrei. Bezüglich des defekten Schlosses an der Balkon-Terrassentür ist dies erst vor kurzem bei einem früheren Gast aufgetreten und es werden Schritte unternommen, um es so schnell wie möglich zu ersetzen. Trotz dieser Probleme freut es mich zu hören, dass der Gast seinen Urlaub in der Wohnung genossen hat und hoffe, dass er in nicht allzu ferner Zukunft wiederkommen wird.

Ich finde es etwas traurig, dass der einzige Kommentar, den dieser Gast zu dieser schönen Wohnung machen kann, sich auf ihre Größe bezieht, zumal Die offiziellen Maße dieser Wohnung, wie in den Eigentumsurkunden angegeben, zeigen eine Innenfläche von 62,956 m² und einen Balkon von 6,78 m², was insgesamt 69,736 m² ergibt, daher denke ich, dass meine Beschreibung von ca. 70 m² sehr genau ist . Nun gut, hoffen wir, dass diese Familie ihren Urlaub noch genossen hat.

Hello and thank you very much for your very favourable review. I am really sorry that you had a problem with the Wi-Fi but some things are just not under our control. We reported the issues to the internet provider who assured us that they would rectify the problem but this being Spain that took a bit longer than we hoped.
