"Lovely property but some improvements needed. We really enjoyed our stay in this house which is so near the river, park, Bishy Rd and central York. The property does need some serious talc especially paintwork, outside space and some of the basics provided such as only one tea towel for a 10 day stay. The information for the house needs some updating also. It states there is a washer/dryer but it isn’t it is just a washer and doesn’t mention a dishwasher which the kitchen does have. Overall we...

"Well-located just 20 mins walk from all the main sights in York's historical centre and includes free parking space for one car. Readily accommodates 6 people in kingside / twin beds in 3-storey townhouse. Well fitted out and spotlessly clean on arrival (and our departure!). "

"Location was great. Walking distance from the main line railway station and easy access to town centre. We walked everywhere and didn't need our car. There is plenty of parking space in front of the house for a car or large mpv. There is a small supermarket just a few minutes walk down the road as well as a selection of great restaurants nearby. The house was clean and well decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. Beds were very comfortable!We enjoyed our stay."
