Cosy spacious 2 bed flat lovely balcony view, 3 miles to Manchester City Centre.

Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, with plenty of amenties close by. Traditional well stocked 'corner shop' 100 metres away, large shopping centre just under 1 mile away.
Despite having so many amenties close by and being just 3 miles from the city centre, the flat is quiet and peaceful, with a lovely view of Bogart Hole Clough from balcony at rear. Besides the balcony, guests have use of a further outdoor area on the ground floor with tables and chairs.
The flat feels bright, spacious and homely.
Although I can accommodate up to 9 guests, the listing cost is for 5 guests. Please contact me PRIOR to booking for 6 or more guests so that I can advise on suitability and extra cost.

Lovely Family Stay in a Beautifully Decorated Flat
