Step into my home, with excellent transport links, Levenshulme station is a 5 minute walk away. The train is 1 stop (7 mins) into Manchester Piccadilly, and 2 stops (6 mins) to Stockport in the other direction. Close to Dr Swamy PLAB centre, making this the ideal place for doctors or contractors alike.

Cook amazing meals from home in the fully stocked kitchen, and enjoy a cuppa in the relaxing living room. Levenshulme High St is only a short walk away with numerous bars, cafes and local stores.

Guests have access to the whole property. 24/7 check in via key safe, and access to the property is via the main door to the house. Access codes will be provided before your check in. Property contains a set of stairs.

My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.

Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay. The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.

Mid stay cleaning is available, please enquire for prices and book at least 24 hours in advance. Please note if you stay for longer than 1 month we would request at least one clean per month.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
