"We were more needy than usual due to sickness. They provided for our needs graciously. The shuttle transport for pickup and drop off to the airport was fast and efficient. The English breakfast and coffee was fantastic as well. The owner and staff were wonderful. Highly recommend this accommodation to all. "

"The staff, especially Kat, were very friendly and helpful. The only criticism would be that in order to take advantage of the coffee machine in the lobby, you had to get a mug from your room first. Being on the 6th floor, this was a bit of a pain."
