Mapimí Biosphere Reserve

Seadust Cancún was not what I expected. The pictures they have online looked way better. The check in process was a nightmare. We must of stood there for over a half hour while they figured things out. We just wanted to go to our room after traveling all day. The food was something to be desired. You would think that at least one of the restaurants would have great food. They were all just average and it was hard to get in to any of the them other than the buffet. The rooms have seen better days. They need to be updated. Just expected better from an all-inclusive. The view from our room was great and so were the pools. The beach was beautiful and the staff was mostly friendly.

Room with our own plunge was amazing! Convenient location of the room, staff were attentive, accommodating and friendly! Plenty options of food, perfect pools with pool bar and super close to the beach! Thank you!

Not too big and not too small. Foods options are good, too.
