"The pictures and some of the comments were on point. From my experience, the staff was nothing short of amazing. They literally went out of their way to make our says there memorable. Next time if I’m in the area, will definitely stop in even if it’s to say hi."

"Fantastic place"

"Great location"

"Overnight stop after an unplanned later arrival into FCO. Communication was fantastic with the all details required to park and access the building and room after hours. Breakfast was fantastic for the price. Super friendly staff. Room is modern and just like the photos suggest. Pool looked very inviting the next morning. Would stay again."

"We loved the location and the friendly, helpful staff."

"Excellent location and very restful stay. We will be back!"

"Would not let us check in. We called three separate times first letting him know we would be late due to traffic but he would not take the time to listen, he hung up on is every time. Got to the property to try to talk in person and wouldn’t even answer the intercom. Very rude, we were prepared to get charged for late check in too but didn’t make it in the door and had to drive all over to find another place to stay at 10pm. Luckily key club helped us and very friendly 10 mins away. "

"That was wonderfull trip, we reccomend every couple ay least 2 or 3 days for Visitting Italy"

"Great location"

"The property is old and needs upgrading. The beds were uncomfortable, and the room had a musty smell. However, the owners of the property were very nice and helpful. The garden is very beautiful."
