We arrived later in the evening than their normal check in and a staff member was there waiting for us, as well as carrying our luggage to the elevator. The room was pristine and close to walking for delicoius restaurants and waterfront. We went to the restaurant that was recommended by the staff and it was excellent. "I loved everything about the hotel. We stayed in the suite for 3 nights prior to a cruise. The room, staff, location...everything was wonderful. I just want others to be aware of 2 things. 1)The website clearly quotes airport transfer shuttle for €50 for car, not pp. We were greeted at the airport by a very friendly driver & transported safely to the hotel...the fee however, was €150(€175 if paying with credit card). When discussed with the owner she just replied that transportation is seperate...

"Cita was amazing, so was her husband Sandro. She went above and beyond and found a lost bag we left at train station. He drove us right to ship for free.
