Access to the first floor is via indoor elevator, or from the outside.

First floor: living area with kitchen corner and double sofa bed; bathroom with shower; double bedroom with fireplace; double bedroom with private bathroom with shower. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer, WC.
Second floor: 2 independent suites each with double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, and living area with kitchen corner.

Guest house 1 (2/4 people)
Ground floor: living area with double sofa bed and kitchen corner; suite with double bed and whirlpool tub in the bedroom, bathroom with shower equipped with steam bath and chromotherapy.

Guest house 2 (4 people)
