Phenomenal Hotel for Marseille

This is a great place to stay. Very clean, large spaces, breakfast was offered for an inexpensive price, the bathrooms are spacious and the water pressure is great. They provided room service every day and kept the place extremely clean. Close to all of the great things to see, as well as the major train station.

Good value for the money

Located in 5-10 min walking distance to the marina. Pretty noicy for my taste, but I didn't know any better. Parking along the street of you want, but not recommended of you are stopping by for overnight, huge risk for having your car looted. Overall the area felt unsafe somehow. The hotel it self and the staff were great. Breakfast was just enough. The room needed some TLC, looked a bit worn.

Recommended & really good value.

Very nice hotel. Modern & clean. Helpful & accommodating staff. We were a few hours early but they let us check in with no extra cost. Metro opposite & buses & trams 5 minutes walk away in La Joliette square. 15 minute walk to various tourist places & the bay.

The area is is very close to the mall and local restaurants the rooms have no air conditioning and the way to let air come in the room is leaving the window open. Having mosquitoes all over my room was not the best experience I had in France.

The beds were heavily stained with an unknown reddish-brown substance and stiff as all hell. I stayed for roughly fifteen minutes before discovering both of these, asking for a refund, and leaving. The staff were very understanding and kind, however.

did the job

mixed bag but overall o.k. for what we were looking. start wasnt great. arrived in the morning and whilst didn't expect to be able to check in thought i would be able to leave our two small sports bags. however first hotel I've stayed in with no luggage room. thankfully we had a car so were able to leave in the boot which was not ideal but other options were to lug about with until 2pm, we arrived just after 10am, our to do a the hotel suggested and pay down the street for someone who you have no connection with to keep them. no thanks and already spent on the hotel. Other downside was i was told parking on site at €15 was possible, however there was no space and as a result i ended up having to pay €50 at q park, again not a cost i was expecting. Perhaps there would have been age 2pm at check in time but staff did not advise and one didn't want the day bars around having to go back and move the car. The hotel was grand, rooms and overall hotel it seemed very clean. bed was comfortable. located right beside Joillette metro or 20 min walk to the port so well placed to discover marsaille.

Aircondition was not working in room. Breakfast was terrible. Allso my wife called to the hotel that can somebody come knock my door so i dont miss my flight and the answer was no he is just too drunk
