Our room was over-the-top fabulous! Spacious, lovely and well laid out, with every amenity provided. The bathroom was huge, with double-sinks and plenty of counterspace and storage. The balcony was amazing - commanding a lovely view of the Mediterranean, feeling the breeze from the sea, hearing the call of the seagulls, seeing the sunset, overlooking the lovely pool area. I only wished I could stay for longer.

Overpriced for the state of the property and service - shower was broken (which we reported and the staff simply forgot to report for maintenance), limited amenities (paper cups provided for tea/coffee), average customer service, room was next to a main road which was very noisy (not the hotel’s fault but when everything else was so average the noise was pretty frustrating).

The hotel is definitely the nicest in the area with beautiful views of the hippodrome and sea. The fitness and spa amenities are great, and the food and wine are quite good. Restaurant service is typically South French, that is to say, merely ok on a good day. My room was a bit worn with the room door, terasse door, and toilet flush button all barely working. However it was very roomy. Housekeeping was hit or miss over the 11 days of my stay, sometimes forgetting to replace or clean things and towards the end my beauty products were taken from the shower and never returned. Front desk staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet is good, but very pricey at €25 for what is available. Dinner and drink prices are more reasonable.

I Stayed here last year and it was excellent sadly, the quality has declined this year, which was disappointing. The rooms were not very clean, particularly the balcony windows, and breakfast fell short of expectations. The restaurant menu also doesn’t quite match what you’d expect from a hotel of this standard. On a positive note, some of the longstanding staff remain excellent Lucie in particular was professional and welcoming throughout. This isn’t meant as harsh criticism, just an honest reflection of my stay

Location of the hotel and the room were amazing, but the service was horrible: 1) the night we arrived - the restaurant was closed for an event and the music was loud all night, and there was not clear way to get a drink at the hotel; 2) we decided to have our last night dinner at the hotel, was the worse meal in France we had, despite having a kid we were basically ignored for an hour (because of the another event); 3) for the airport we asked for a larger van to fit a group with a luggage, and we got a small car in the morning and hotel refused to take any responsibility; 4) on top - they tried to charge me the rate I already paid hotel.com

La chambre était très bien avec la vue sur la mer ainsi que les espaces communs. Nous avons profité du spa et du restaurant ainsi que de l’espace kids friendly avec les jeux d’arcades. Tout était bien, le petit déjeuner en room service pourrait être un peu amélioré avec notamment plus de choix comme des jus de fruits frais. La carte du restaurant pourrait aussi proposer des alternatives notamment pour les femmes enceintes qui ont peu de choix à la carte.

Bel établissement, grand parking en sous-sol. Bon accueil. Les chambres standard donnent sur le boulevard, les autres, côté hippodrome et au calme avec vue mer. SPA inclu avec grande piscine et de nombreux transats confortables. Une salle de jeux 2 simulateurs de moto, 1 de voiture, flipper. Le tout gratuit. Salle de fitness équipement haut de gamme ouverte 7h 22h. Tres bon restaurant avec des plats recherchés. Bon PDJ manquerai des ingrédients chauds en complément des œufs brouillés et bacon saucisse. Chambres spacieuses. Literie confortable, sûr matelas sur demande. Clim plutôt bruyante et efficace. A 200m de la plage.

Après avoir réservé plus de 6 mois à l’avance, nous avons été délogés sur la dernière nuit pour cause de privatisation de l’hôtel à une entreprise. Je suis encore surpris que l’hôtel se soit octroyé ce droit.
