Toilettes pas nettoyés et chasse non tirée depuis le dernier passage... Je vous épargne la photo. 2 nuits réservées par erreur au lieu d'une seule, j'ai immédiatement prévenu hôtel.com et l'hôtel pour demander une annulation de la 2eme nuit, refusée par le gérant, pas top le geste commercial. Sinon il y a quand même du positif : la personne au téléphone super sympa, l'accès tard facilité par les très bonnes indications données par SMS.

Accueil très agréable et professionnel, établissement correct, il est dommage qu'il y ai une piscine qui n'est pas accessible librement aux clients de l'hotel,vous pouvez juste la regarder de votre fenêtre ou pour pouvoir prétendre a prendre un bain il faut réserver plusieurs jours à l'avance. Cherchez l'erreur....

Hotel in bruttissima posizione sembra in una montagna tra salite e strade strette , camere sporchissime e picolle , proprietari che puliscono le camere ala mattina mi hanno rubato il tablet del bambino bruttissima esperienza non consiglio assolutamente .

- Pas de papier toilette dans la chambre. - Pas de flexibilité pour les horaires du petit déjeuner : le personnel de l'hôtel m'a demandé de me justifier sur la raison pour laquelle je devais prendre le petit déjeuner à 7h30... Et l'effort maximum (après négociation) qu'il m'a fait c'est l'horaire de 7h40 (et tant pis pour moi si ça me met en retard à mon travail) - parking plein, difficile de se garer et le personnel qui me reprochait d'avoir pris 2 places alors qu'il est impossible de se serrer davantage (il y a même un parrepin cassé et tranchant pour les pneus de voiture)

Hotel calme bien placé, bon accueil. L'appartement dégage une forte odeur désagréable. Pas assez de drap pour les enfants (1seul drap pour les 3 enfants) les taies d'oreilles n'ont pas été changés continent les cheveux des clients de la veille!!! A revoir l'hygiène

Halte pour une nuit à Allauch.

Bref arrêt à Allauch pour visiter la famille, en route de Paris vers Nice. Charmant petit hôtel dans la verdure. Chambre et salle de bains petites, mais il y avait tout ce qu'il faut. Accueil sympathique. Parking facile.

L état de la chambre à revoir Cache prise manquant Porte de douche pas visser Table à manger collante Pour 5 personnes dans l hôtel il y avait 3 fourchettes Et petit déjeuner 27€ pour 3 adultes et on retrouve que confiture nuttella et gâteau individuel au fruit!!!! Hôtel calme. Un coup de rajeunissement serai le bienvenu. A noter que j'avais réservé une chambre avec climatisation et qu'il n'y avait qu'un ventilateur à l'intérieur. Heureusement les températures étaient fraîches de ce week-end.

Décu de l’hôtel Propreté qui laisse à désirée dès l’entrée. Les couloirs sont sombres et sales. La chambre au confort médiocre n’était pas propre : couvertures et dessous de lit sales. La salle de bain était sale : joints noirs et chasse d’eau qui fonctionne mal. Enfin la vue sur le jardin laisse à désirer : voir la photo.
