Le Divillien is a superb apartment of 120 m2 located in the heart of the city center of Marseille, close to the old port and shopping streets. Completely renovated in 2021, it offers 4 beautiful rooms with great benefits. Located in a typical Marseille building this is the ideal location to enjoy the sweetness of Marseille life.

Composition of the apartment:

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a typical Marseilles building. You will be charmed by its generous volume, the general layout that make it a very pleasant place to live. You will enter a main corridor that serves on your left the main room with a large kitchen, a large table for meals with family or friends, and the living room. From the corridor and on the right you access the rooms. Each offers a double bed and the master bedroom also offers a single bed with the capacity of the apartment to 9 possible beds. The apartment offers 2 shower room.

The Divillien is fully equipped for you to feel at home: Wifi/ Washing Machine Lige/ Dishwasher / Nespresso Coffee Machine/ Welcome coffee and tea capsules offered ...


The Cocoonr service:

You will be greeted on site in a personalized way by a person from the agency Cocoonr Marseille who will present you the accommodation, answer your questions and hand you the keys.

Bed linen and towels of hotel quality (4/ 5 stars) are provided, your bed will be made on your arrival. Towels and bath mats also provided. Wifi internet access by fiber.

Geographical location:

By staying at Le Divillien you choose a large apartment with a central geographical location to discover the city. Located on a shopping street without a car and benefiting from the tram at the foot of the building, you are 10 minutes walk from the Old Port or Castellane Square. The streets Paradis, Montgrand and Grignan and their many shops are 5 minutes walk.

Given the residential area, no parties or noise pollution will be tolerated.
We are in constant contact with our neighbors, who ensure that the area remains calm.

Transportation:

The T3 tram line passes at the foot of the building, the Metro lines 1 and 2 are accessible at the Castellane station located 3 stops away.

The nearest car park is Q-Park Baret Saint-Ferréol car park

Gare Saint Charles is a 15-minute drive via Metro 2 Station Notre-Dame du Mont

The airport is accessible by shuttle to Saint Charles station but we advise you to prefer taxis or Uber drivers.

Le Divillien "We stayed as a group of 7 in this beautiful big apartment. The description is very accurate. The apartment was very clean and suited us as a big group perfectly. We all loved it and were impressed by it. It felt very comfortable and pleasant to return to the apartment after the long walks through Marseille. You have all that you need there and more. For example in the kitchen, if you want to dine in the apartment, you have enough plates, glasses and cutlery for the people, we never had to wash by hand but had always enough to fill the dishwasher and run it. Also very important the beds are very comfortable to sleep in. The location is perfect! You can walk to so many interesting quarters in Marseille but have the option of getting into any tram/bus/metro very quickly as well. As a big group the accommodation is perfect. We would definitely book here again or check other locations from this provider. It was definitely worth it! Thanks dear team from Cocoonr! Well done!"

Appart trĂšs propre, avec de grands espaces et des lits pour pouvoir dormir Ă  9 (nous n’étions que 7, mais 9 c’est possible) 1 grande salle de bain avec wc, 1 wc Ă  part et une petite salle douche. Mais trĂšs pratique quand on loge Ă  2 familles. Accueil trĂšs sympa le 1e jour. Je recommande fortement!"

Le Divillien "Trop court ! Super chouette, on recommande ! 🙂 Les 2 salles de bain et 2 WC : c'est hyper pratique quand on vient en famille ! L'appartement est bien situĂ©, assez central. Il est bien Ă©quipĂ© ! lave vaisselle, lave linge/sĂšche linge, tout l'Ă©quipement de cuisine, double cafetiĂšre, grille pain...etc Le salon/salle a manger sont trĂšs conviviales. 🙁 Le bruit ! DĂ©jĂ  mentionnĂ© dans d'autres commentaires mais la perceuse Ă  8h30 du matin... On pourrait peut-ĂȘtre attendre au moins 9h ! Ainsi que les coups de marteau... On avait l'impression que les travaux Ă©taient dans l'appartement. Les chambres cĂŽtĂ© rue de Rome doivent aussi subir les bruits de la ville : tramway et autres, peut-ĂȘtre qu'avec du double vitrage... avec des boules quies, c'est gĂ©rable. La cuisine est super bien Ă©quipĂ©e, c'est pour cette raison que ça nous a Ă©tonnĂ© de ne pas trouver de rape... Les 3 Ă©tages sans ascenseur : ça surprend en dĂ©but de sĂ©jour surtout avec les valises montĂ©es a pas de course pour suivre le guide mais... Au bout d'une semaine on s'y habitue... Et peut-ĂȘtre mettre un mot sur ""ou jeter les poubelles ?!"" Quand on n'est pas de Marseille ça peut surprendre... On a cherchĂ© l'info mais non trouvĂ©e dans les diffĂ©rents guides de l'appartement... J'ai dĂ» appeler l'agence pour demander mais ""oĂč est le Local poubelle ?!!"" 😅 En fait, il n'y en a pas.. des bennes publiques sont dans la rue et il n'y a pas de tri..."

L’appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ© trĂšs proche du vieux port (10 minutes Ă  pied) ; 3 grands Ă©tages sans ascenseur mais l’appartement est trĂšs grand, joli et bien Ă©quipĂ©. SĂ©jour parfait ! Juste il faudrait indiquer dans l’appartement oĂč se trouvent les poubelles dans la rue (en haut de la rue Davso)

Le Divillien Really spacious, clean apartment equipped with everything we needed. The noise was as we expected for a central location and did not impact our stay. The location is ideal for exploring the sights of Marseille. Our check in was later than planned as our flight had been delayed, but CĂ©line, who checked us in, was very understanding, friendly and helpful. Would recommend for anyone who doesn’t have difficulty using stairs and doesn’t mind a little bit of city noise.

Le Divillien Die Lage, GrĂ¶ĂŸe und Ausstattung sind sehr gut. Es ist sehr nah zum Cours Julien und zum Hafen. Zwei Schlafzimmer sind zur Straße und recht laut, zwei Schlafzimmer haben nur ein Fenster zum Lichtschacht. Aber KĂŒche/Wohnzimmer sind prima fĂŒr eine grĂ¶ĂŸere Gruppe. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und wĂŒrden wiederkommen.
