Good location, many public transportations easily available. Spacious, clean room, comfortable, softish bed. Air conditioning could not be switched off so there was a constant humming sound. Nice big showerhead.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, which made my experience even more comfortable. The newly furnished rooms were stylish and cozy, providing a perfect space to relax. I also felt very safe throughout my stay, as the hotel is in a secure location with great service. The comfortable beds and well-maintained facilities made my stay even better. This is a wonderful property. My room was enormous - all white and immaculate! Large bathroom with both tub and shower, writing desk, dinette table and a complete kitchen with cookware and utensils. The hotel is located on a quiet street just steps away from the Le Panier district. Tram, bus and Metro are within easy walking distance. The staff is pleasant, helpful and professional.

Bathroom mirror needs replacing as the water has destroyed the backing. The shower showerhead needs fixing and you need better pillows. Otherwise, the bed was super comfortable, and the place was very, very clean.
