First of all, our prices are pretty aligned to the market as your booking for an apartment for 4 people for 3 nights came to 34 per night and per person. We're very sorry our cleaning services were not satisfactory and there were dysfunctions with the equipment. We have forwarded your comments to the residence manager. Reading your comment, it is important to remind you that we are not a hotel, we are an apartment hotel. As such, our guests have the responsibility to clean the kitchen and do the dishes if they use it. Daily cleaning is also not included in the booking. This how all apartment hotels work, it is not out of the ordinary or "crazy" as you say. As for the the garbage bin, there was a misunderstanding. Our cleaning team takes care of it at the "end of stay" cleaning, but as they don't enter your apartment during your stay, if you want your garbage bin to be emptied, then yes, you'll have to take care of it.The concept of apartment hotels is that guests enjoy complete independence and privacy as the residence staff does not enter our guests' flats during their stay and thanks to the kitchenettes in the flats.
