The walk to Gare St. Charles needed to climb steps. The reception man said that someone will help to take my luggage up the steps the next morning when I checked out. But the reception man on duty the next morning said that he couldn’t help because he was the only one on duty.

It was the worst hotel I've ever experienced. The towels they provided were torn and had holes in them and were very thin like paper. I asked to change them to other towels, but all the other towels were the same. The shower water temperature was either hot or cold and the surrounding area was not safe. Breakfast was very limited and the staff controlled every single piece of bread. I will never go again.

I loved the Japanese styled rooms with the bathroom interior being very Japanese styled also. The service was great and the ambience even better.

Very good accommodation beside the shower took ages to warm up.. otherwise, professionall and kind staff around. Even the night's security guy was very kind and professional. Also a big plus ! The parking is nice and safe! Thank you!
