House near the beach with a garden, a roof top and a large swimming pool
140 m2 house on 2 levels with 30 m2 terrace, 200 m2 garden and 50 m2 roof terrace. Beautiful view of the sea and Notre Dame de la Garde from the 1st floor. 2 enclosed parking boxes (the boxes are small, so any type of car will fit, but it's cramped) 50 meters from the house. The house is a little corner of greenery in the heart of Marseille's historic Endoume district. Very convenient, quiet with many shops within walking distance, and pleasant to live in. Beautiful 10x3.5m swimming pool. The house sleeps 6 comfortably (ideally 4 adults and 2 children). Roof terrace with 360° view of Marseille and the sea.
