"If you want CLEAN and QUIET, this is the place for you. An older facility, but unbelievably clean. This is not a party spot, this is great for families or people who love quiet. We feel we got quite a bargain. "

"The floors were a bit sandy, but understandable. The icemaker would not work so that was a bit of an inconvenience.. overall a beautiful place well kept grounds. We could see the ocean, but never made it over to the beach unfortunately or down to the pool. They were only two of us staying there. The master bedroom had a very comfortable bed.. my friend’s bed unfortunately had bit of a slope in the middle of it so it wasn’t real comfortable for her. Overall, we had a great time did what we went to Daytona for.. I would definitely recommend the place."

"We really loved our stay at this beach house. The house is amazing! LOVE the decor and the kitchen appliances are very fancy. Great balcony space and comfortable bedding. Also enjoyed the location being right on the (no drive on) part of the beach and walking distance to JB's Fish Camp!"

"We had such a fantastic stay at this condo! From the moment we walked in, everything felt so clean, fresh, and beautifully maintained—it honestly felt like we were the very first guests. The space was perfect for our family, with plenty of room to relax and feel at home. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the board games and the pack ’n play, which made traveling with little ones so much easier. You can really tell the property owner put care and attention into making sure guests have everything they need (Still be sure to pack your usual toiletries and a few basics like coffee and sugar). It was a peaceful, comfortable, and truly enjoyable experience from start to finish. Also, the sunrise was beautiful. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great family-friendly getaway!"
