"We really wanted to give this place a great review because it truly is beautiful! The home itself is well done and made for a great setting. Unfortunately, we were pretty disappointed with a few key things during our stay.The hot tub—which was one of the main reasons we chose this property—did not work and was freezing cold the entire time. We also had issues in the garage/game room where the outlets weren’t working, so the game console and heater couldn’t be used. I reached out on day one and was told someone would come fix it, but no one ever showed up.It was especially disappointing because these were features we were really looking forward to, and for the price we paid, we expected better follow-through. My kids were pretty bummed, and I was frustrated that the issues weren’t addressed.Overall, the place itself is great—just be aware that if something isn’t working, it may not get resolved during your stay."

"Upon arrival, handed the wrong key, and there was a full bag of trash on the balcony probably from the last guests that I told them about but was never picked up. The location, grounds, and beautiful views save this place."

"Great place to stay. However, the hot tub was not working and we weren't able to use it. I rented this condo because of the hot tub. It was a big disappointment. I was issued a 100 for the inconvenience.That helped a little.Other than that, it was a very nice place to stay."

"Exceeded expectations! First, the home is conveniently located, very spacious and comfortable. We had 5 adults, but there is ample room for more. The home also enjoys panaromic views of the valley and mountains and felt private. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well-stocked. Finally, the communication from our Host was excellent! We would stay here again and look forward to visiting any time our travels take us to Estes Park!"
