"This was a great property just west of the main part of Estes Park and very close to one of the entrances to RMNP. Fall River flows directly in front of the property. The property is very quiet and because it’s not a large property, it wasn’t hard to find a parking spot. The unit itself was clean and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics to do any cooking. I would stay here again."

On the entry to the porch from the driveway, the steps & rails need to be replaced. The location of the property was wonderful. Grocery store was very close, and entry into the park was only 3 miles away. So the property had more to the plus side than to the minus sidel"
