"Although my communication with the host was limited, it was responsive and pleasant to any inquiry I had. Although no fault of the owner, I was not pleased with the stairs that I had to go up and down. At 70 YOA it was rough. Once again I should have known this by looking at the website. I just glanced over it apparently. Upon check-in however, the Guest Services Representative did try to accommodate me with a unit that had less steps. Still giving five stars because none of this was anybody's fault but my own. But for future reference anyone with knee and leg problems should take heed on this unit."
