"We stayed there for the weekend to attend the Franklin Dickens Festival and visit friends. The property was great, and in a beautiful part of Franklin Historic District. It was well decorated. Nice and cozy. Had a large yard and a large firepit and sitting area. Easy check in and easy parking. Just a short walk, 15-20 minutes, to downtown. We loved our stay and looking forward to staying the in the future."

"Gretchen was so accommodating and very accessible. The house was very well done and was perfect for the five of us plus a toddler. The rooms were spacious and done very well. The back porch and the murals in the back were wonderful. We took pictures in front of them. Parking space was perfect and we had plenty of room. The house was full of character and we would stay in it again in a heartbeat. We were greeted with a beautiful Christmas tree in the family room in front of the window and little touches of Christmas in each room. It was very unexpected and a beautiful personal touch.Not only was the house very clean, but it was very welcoming and full of charm. "

Everything was perfect! The home was very clean, decorated beautifully, fully stocked with more than what we expected and so many comfortable areas to relax! The fenced yard was perfect for our little dogs and having parking behind the home was such a bonus! The location was perfect as well! The home is close enough to walk to the downtown Franklin area and an easy drive to Nashville! We look forward to our next visit!!"
