Good location right next to time square and broadway and near 2 subway stations

Great location for Times Square/Broadway shows. Nice continental breakfast options. 24 hour water and light snacks available. Others have mentioned a complimentary happy hour/wine gathering, but I don’t think that is available any longer. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Everything was cleaned and the employees were helpful.

Staff is always nice. Elevators are slow and one was down. Ice machines did not work, tried 4 floors before going to front desk. Furniture in lobby stained and dirty. Towels are old and torn. They were so worn they needed to be labeled rag. The location is superb

The room was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful. My first morning I asked for directions to the nearest subway. I was given excellent directions. The day I was leaving, I left my bags with the Bellman and he was polite and made me feel comfortable leaving them with him. I ate breakfast each AM. It was a MADHOUSE of people and kids. It was a little overwhelming. The room, was SMALL. I mean tiny. For the price I would have liked a bigger room, but they do list the sq. footage in the description, so it was my bad for not realizing it was going to be a SMALL room. It is in a fantastic location, so the SMALL room wasn't my main focus.
