"Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+"

"Perfect accommodation for a few nights stay. Family owned and run. Check in was easy and when we enquired if room had a walk in shower we were changed to a room that did. Very friendly, attentive staff. Clean towels each day. Great bar meals, smaller portions available. Wonderful Guinness😍 highly recommend."
"We stayed here for one night as a stopover. The area in which it is located seemed a little sketchy. The front desk person was not personable. It seems like a "family friendly" place, and until late, children were noisily running up and down the hall. The room was clean, but basic. The area was great! It had many shops and some restaurants. I recommend Ruby nail salons (great pedicure and massage chairs!). I also must mention that I had an excellent massage therapy session with Suzanne at Saatva Wellness Center!
As to the hotel, dining was really good! On-site was a pool and sauna. There is an elevator from ground to first floor only. I was very grateful to be able to get a first floor room as I have mobility issues. The room I had was very nice! Lovely view of other local area and neighbor garden from my room. Nice size bathroom. Beautiful outside seating area. Great breakfast and bakery offerings in the lobby.
