"Staff was excellent and accommodating. Mold in the bathroom and terrible water pressure. We did not have conditioner upon arrival. Beds were remade by us. Lastly one of the pillow cases was hard and crusty upon arrival. "

"Great location. Great onsite restaurant and cafe/snack store. Only one elevator was working and posed a real inconvenience. Lights were out on our floor (floor 3) in the hallway (which is outdoors). It was not only unsafe because you couldn’t see - it felt unsafe because a nook by the ice machine was pitch dark- and someone could easily hide there. Seems like replacing light bulbs would fall under basic maintenance…"
